Details of Each Prize Draw Before entries open, the announcement specifies: – the name of the prize draw; – opening and closing dates and times; – the entry channel and required action; – the number and precise description of prizes; – the draw date and notification method; – how prizes will be delivered or collected; – any fixed event dates, redemption conditions and excluded extras. Times refer to local time in Germany, including the applicable summer or winter time. The announcement provides the specific details for these general terms. Material entry requirements will not be introduced only after the draw has opened. 3. Eligibility Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in Germany. The organiser and anyone directly involved in planning, administering or drawing the winners of the particular promotion are excluded. One entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions do not increase the chance of winning and are treated as one entry. Using multiple identities to circumvent this rule is prohibited. 4. Free Entry Entry is free. No purchase, order, paid visit, donation or subscription is required or increases the chance of winning. Participants may incur their own usual internet or communication charges. Consent to advertising or newsletters is not required. Sharing posts or tagging other people is not required. 5. Entry and Selection To enter validly, participants must complete the action described in the announcement within the entry period. Winners are selected at random from all valid entries on the announced date. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. Each person may win no more than one prize per draw. Late entries or entries missing information necessary for participation cannot be considered. Statutory claims arising from errors for which the organiser is responsible remain unaffected. 6. Notification and Response Winners are notified personally through the method stated in the announcement. Winners must respond within seven calendar days after receiving the notification. The exact deadline and the consequence of not responding are repeated in the notification. If a winner receives the notification but does not respond by the deadline, the prize may be drawn again from the remaining valid entries. A delay caused by the organiser will not disadvantage the winner. Proof of age and necessary contact or delivery information may be requested to administer the prize. Only necessary data will be collected. We do not demand payment to release a prize. 7. Prizes and Fulfilment The prizes awarded are those described in the announcement. Cash alternatives or exchanges for another prize are not available unless expressly offered. For date-specific prizes, the date and essential conditions must be clear in the announcement. Travel, accommodation, additional drinks and other extras are included only if expressly stated. Collection, shipping or digital delivery takes place as announced. Any costs payable by winners must be clearly disclosed before entry. No subsequent administration or prize-release fees will be charged. If an announced prize cannot be provided, we will agree a solution with the winner. A replacement will not be imposed without the winner’s consent. Statutory claims remain unaffected. 8. Fair Play and Exclusion Manipulation, automated bulk entries, false identities and interference with technical operations are prohibited. Where there are specific grounds for concern, we may investigate and give affected participants an opportunity to respond. Proven serious breaches may result in exclusion. Measures must be objectively justified and proportionate. 9. Changes and Early Termination The draw may be changed, suspended or ended early only for a compelling objective reason, such as serious technical problems, manipulation or legal obstacles making proper administration impossible. We will provide information through the original announcement channel and consider the legitimate interests of existing participants. Where possible, the draw will resume after the obstacle has been resolved. Rights already accrued, particularly from binding prize promises, remain protected under applicable law. 10. Privacy The controller is Isa Ay, whose contact details appear in Section 1. We process the data necessary for entry, verification, selection, notification and prize fulfilment. This may include a name or username, contact details, the entry and timestamps. Delivery or collection information is generally requested only from winners. Administration is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Measures against manipulation and preservation of necessary evidence are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are a fair draw and the resolution of specific claims. Data is accessible only to those administering the draw and necessary technical or delivery service providers. If entry takes place through an external platform, its privacy information also applies. Entry data is deleted after full completion once it is no longer required for specific evidence, resolving claims or statutory retention obligations. Names, photographs or other identifying winner details are published only with separate voluntary consent. Refusing consent does not affect receipt of the prize. Publicly submitted comments may already be visible because of the entry method; this will be explained in the announcement where relevant.
