1. Provider and Scope
These terms concern the digital services on soundbar77.de, particularly customer accounts, artist profiles and the guest gallery.
Provider:
Isa Ay, sole proprietor

These terms become part of the agreement where validly accepted when creating an account or using a relevant function. Merely visiting the website does not constitute acceptance.
Reservations, bookings and paid services are governed by the validly agreed General Terms and Conditions and individual agreements. These terms of use do not change their booking, payment or cancellation provisions.
2. Use of the Website
Public information can generally be accessed without registration. Certain functions require an account and, where applicable, a verified email address.
Use must comply with applicable law and the rights of others. In particular, the following are prohibited:
– impersonating another person;
– accessing another person’s account without authorisation;
– circumventing access restrictions or security measures;
– introducing malicious software;
– spam, fraudulent enquiries and deliberate attempts to overload the website;
– collecting or publishing other users’ personal data without authorisation.
These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.
3. Accounts and Login Details
Registration information must be accurate. Information necessary to manage the account must be updated when it changes.
Login credentials must be kept confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us without undue delay and change your password where possible.
Creating a customer or artist account is free. It does not create a paid subscription or automatically confer special admission rights, discounts or booking entitlements.
Where consent from a legal representative is required for a legal transaction, that consent must be obtained. Age requirements for events and admission to the venue apply independently of a website account.
4. Artist Profiles
Artists may use the available functions to submit professional information, profile images and links.
Information must be accurate and must not mislead others about qualifications, references or confirmed performances.
Profile approval does not constitute a booking or engagement. Performances, fees and other conditions are agreed separately.
5. Photographs and Other Submitted Content
You may submit only content for which you hold the rights necessary for its intended use.
Required consent from identifiable people must be obtained. Your own consent when uploading does not replace any consent required from another person. Private contact details or other confidential information about third parties must not be published without authorisation.
Content that is unlawful, threatening, insulting, discriminatory, glorifies violence, is pornographic or infringes copyright, trademark or personality rights is prohibited.
6. Rights to User Content
You retain your rights to submitted content.
Where you expressly submit content for publication on our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to the agreed presentation and its duration. It includes necessary storage, public display and technically required adjustments, such as resizing or format conversion.
This does not permit alterations that distort the content’s meaning. Publication on social media platforms, in printed advertising or for other additional promotional purposes requires separate authorisation.
Content published on the internet can be accessed worldwide and indexed by search engines. Copies made by third parties cannot be fully prevented.
Statutory rights and the right to withdraw data protection consent remain unaffected.
7. Review, Reports and Measures
Content submitted for publication is reviewed before approval. This review does not replace the submitter’s responsibility to hold the necessary rights.
If you suspect unlawful content or an infringement of your rights, email info@soundbar77.de. Where possible, identify the page or image, explain your concern and provide contact details for follow-up questions.
Where there are sufficient grounds, we may temporarily hide content, request further information or remove content. Serious or repeated violations may result in necessary and proportionate account restrictions.
We consider the individual circumstances and the interests of those involved. Where legally permitted, we explain our reasons to affected users and allow them to respond. You may request a review of our decision through the email address above.
8. Deletion and Ending Use
You may delete your account and your own content using the available functions or send us a request. For content without a self-service deletion function, email info@soundbar77.de.
When the agreed publication ends, we remove the relevant content from our website. Legally required evidence or justified retention may remain necessary as explained in the privacy policy.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel existing reservations or other contracts.
9. Technical Operation and External Links
Maintenance, updates or technical problems may temporarily affect access to individual functions. No particular uninterrupted availability is promised unless expressly agreed. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
External links lead to services provided by others. Additional terms may apply to those services. Please notify us if you encounter a problematic link.
10. Privacy and Liability
Information about personal data processing is available at:
https://soundbar77.de/datenschutz.html?lang=en
Acceptance of these terms is not blanket consent to advertising, optional cookies, external services or publication of images.
Liability for loss, damage and breaches of duty is governed by applicable statutory provisions. These terms do not impose any additional exclusion of liability.
11. Changes and Final Provisions
Changes to these terms do not apply to existing user relationships merely because a new version is published or the website continues to be used. Where consent is required, we obtain it separately.
Individual agreements and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Applicable law, jurisdiction and the consequences of invalid provisions are governed by the relevant statutory rules.
